VW Transporter T7 Unveils Rugged PanAmericana Trim

Volkswagen has just revealed the latest models of their Transporter and Caravelle vans, which are now in their seventh generation.

We have some exciting news - the fully electric ID lineup is expanding with the addition of new models! Let's talk about the Buzz and Multivan T7.

Design and Variants: The VW Transporter T7 shares its platform with the Ford Transit Custom.

You have a variety of powertrain options to choose from, including turbodiesel, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric.

Comes in both LCV (panel van, double cab dropside) and passenger (Kombi, Caravelle) variants.

Comes with options for a spacious roof and an extended wheelbase.

Exterior and Interior Features: It shares proportions and body panels with the Ford Transit/Tourneo Custom.

The VW has some distinctive styling features, such as the updated front design, sleek beltline, and LED taillights inspired by the Amarok.

The interior features a 12-inch digital instrument cluster and a 13-inch infotainment system.

There are plenty of practical storage compartments available.

Specific Models Caravelle: A stylish blue nine-seater in the flagship Style trim.

Transporter: A green-yellow panel van is available in the adventurous Panamericana guise, featuring unpainted bumpers and 19-inch Indianapolis alloy wheels.

The interior of the vehicle boasts stylish illuminated stainless steel inlays and unique seat fabrics adorned with PanAmericana lettering.

Specifications: T7 provides increased space, payload, towing capacity, and efficiency.

The length of the vehicle can vary between 5,050 to 5,450 mm, and you have the option to choose between two wheelbase options: 3,100 mm or 3,500 mm.

Our load capacity has been expanded to accommodate between 5.8 and 9.0 cubic meters.

Powertrain Options There are three turbodiesels, a 2.5-liter plug-in hybrid, and three fully electric options available.

The power of diesel engines varies, with the lowest output at 108 hp and the highest at 282 hp for electric vehicles.

ICE models come with the option of FWD or AWD, while EVs currently have RWD with the possibility of future AWD.

Availability and Pricing: You can now order it in Germany, with prices starting at €36,780, not including VAT. We're still waiting on the Caravelle pricing, though.

By the way, production will be happening in Turkey, right alongside the Ford Transit and Tourneo Custom models!
