2026 Kia EV4: Affordable Electric Sedan Spied

We were absolutely impressed by the EV4 concept that Kia showcased at the Los Angeles Auto Show last year.

And now, we're getting a sneak peek of the upcoming production model, set to make its debut in 2025 in both the United States and Europe.

Recently spotted being tested in Europe, the prototype, despite being heavily camouflaged, showcases a stylish Opposites United design.

Even with its clever disguise, the production model closely resembles the concept, especially with its familiar headlights.

Some interesting features to mention are an updated intake and a sensor pod for driver assistance systems.

Looking at it from the side, the prototype showcases sleek bodywork that reminds me of both the concept and the EV6.

It also has strong pillars and what appear to be traditional door handles. The back of the vehicle is still concealed, but it maintains the dual spoilers from the concept,

as well as vertical taillights and an angular rear window. Another great feature is the plastic body cladding, which-

adds a touch of style and durability. The unique Z-spoke wheels also give the vehicle a distinctive look.

Kia has been quite secretive about the specifications, but the details of the EV3 might provide some valuable information.

The UK-spec crossover comes with two battery pack options: 58.3 kWh and 81.4 kWh. These packs provide impressive ranges of up to 267 miles (430 km) and 372 miles (599 km) respectively.

Both choices feature a front-mounted motor that produces 201 horsepower (150 kW / 204 PS) and 209 pound-feet (283 Nm) of torque.

The interior of the EV4 is expected to have a sleek and simple design, reminiscent of the EV3. It may come equipped-

with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, and a 5.3-inch climate display.
