2025 Ford Maverick Updates

The Ford Maverick is getting ready for its fourth model year with an updated appearance, improved technology, and increased capabilities for hybrid models.

Ever since it first hit the market in 2022, this compact pickup truck has received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback and admiration.

The latest updates bring even more value to the table, featuring a lineup packed with advanced technology, including the standalone Tremor trim.

Major News for Hybrid Models: We're thrilled to announce that all-wheel drive is now available on the XL, XLT, and Lariat trims for hybrid models, fulfilling a highly-

requested feature from our valued owners. In addition, the hybrid Mavericks now have the option to include the Tow package, which brings its towing capacity in line-

with the turbocharged four-cylinder's 4000-pound rating. The powertrain options haven't changed.

They still include a standard 191-hp hybrid 2.5-liter four-cylinder and an optional 2.0-liter turbo four, which now boasts 238 horsepower.

The redesign differentiates trims. High-end versions have LED running lights and black headlamp accents. A "7" shape from the front bumper-

to the headlight housing may be unusual. Each Maverick trim features a distinctive grille design, giving it a fresh yet recognizable look.

The improved infotainment touchscreen is 13.2 inches, up from 8.0 inches. This bigger screen, Ford's Sync 4, wireless-

Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto are standard on all Mavericks. It has 5G WiFi for over-the-air upgrades.

Advanced Tech Features: Additional tech upgrades include a 360-degree camera and Ford's Pro Trailer Hitch Assist and Pro Trailer Backup Assist.

Optional trailer assist features are available on the XL and XLT trims, while they come standard on the Lariat and Tremor. In addition to their other features,

the top trims come with adaptive cruise control and lane-centering as standard. The entire lineup has also been enhanced with improved active safety systems.

Pricing and Availability: These upgrades raise prices somewhat. XL basic trims now cost $27,890, up $2375 from last year.

The AWD EcoBoost Lariat costs $37,130, the XLT hybrid $30,390, and the Lariat hybrid $38,330. The new $41,390 Tremor is the top model.

Delivery is scheduled later this year once orders open on August 1. Stay tuned for 2025 Ford Maverick updates!
