Just like many new cars out there, the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado is also facing some price hikes. The starting price for the base model, two-wheel-drive Silverado WT, is now $38,995, which includes a $1,995 destination charge.
That’s just a $200 increase from last year. But hey, no need to stress—some trims haven't seen a price increase for 2025.
The Custom and Custom Trail Boss models kick off at $45,595 and $53,795, respectively, for their two-wheel-drive versions.
The LT Trail Boss had the biggest increase, going up by $800, while Chevy actually lowered the price of the High Country by $1,000.
Other trims, such as the LT and the high-end ZR2, just had small $100 bumps in price.
The starting price for the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado is $38,995 for the WT trim, which is a slight bump from last year's price of $38,795.
The Custom trim is still priced at $45,595, just like it was last year. So, if you're looking at the LT, you'll notice the price is a bit higher now at $50,095, compared to the previous $49,995.
The RST trim is now priced at $53,495, down from its previous price of $54,295. The Custom Trail Boss is still priced at $53,795, just like before.
The LTZ trim saw an increase, going up to $59,695 from $59,195. The LT Trail Boss price went up to $60,795 from the previous $59,995.
On the flip side, the High Country's price fell to $64,695, down from $65,490, which is a pretty unusual drop.
So, the ZR2 trim has seen a slight bump in price, now sitting at $71,995, up from last year's $71,895.
Chevy's making some price changes to stay competitive in the truck market for the coming year.
Not much has changed with the Silverado for 2025 from Chevy. So, cruise control is now a standard feature on the-
WT Trim, and if you go for the LT trims or higher, you'll also get the trail brake controller included.
The ZR2 now comes with premium audio and front and rear park assist as standard features, which is pretty cool. Also, you can now pick from two-
fresh exterior colors, Cypress Gray and Riptide Blue, and there's a new option for 20-inch high-gloss black wheels.
You can still get the Silverado in different body styles like regular, double, and crew cabs.
Plus, it offers both two- and four-wheel drive options, and you can pick from short, standard, or long bed lengths.
The Silverado is priced just right, sitting comfortably between its competitors. The starting price for the 2025 Ford F-150 XL is $40,605,
while the 2025 Ram Tradesman begins at $42,270, with both prices including a $1,995 destination charge.
