Good news for luxury SUV fans. Land Rover has just revealed a fantastic set of updates for the 2025 Defender lineup. These changes are all about-

making the Defender even more luxurious and comfortable, while also introducing a powerful new diesel engine option.

One of the most exciting additions is the Signature Interior Pack. It's available across the range and brings premium features that really elevate the cabin.

The pack includes climate controlled seats in both rows with redesigned headrests for extra comfort. The front seats are fully electric with memory functions,

and in the Defender 130, even the third row is heated. High end materials like Windsor leather, Kvadrat fabrics, and Suedecloth give the interior a truly upscale feel.

Speaking of the Defender 130, there's now an option for captain's chairs in the second row. This transforms it from an 8-seater to a 7-seater, with-

the individual seats offering heating and cooling for ultimate comfort on long journeys. Plus, there's an aisle between them for easier access to the back.

Under the hood, there's a new mild-hybrid diesel engine. The D350 puts out an impressive 345 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque,

which Land Rover says makes overtaking and towing a breeze. It's a nice boost over the outgoing D300 diesel.

There's also a special edition Defender 110 called the Sedona. Its eye-catching red paint, custom decals, black wheels, and extended-

black package make it really stand out. The Sedona is only available for one year, so it's sure to be highly sought after.

The Defender lineup has been simplified into S, X-Dynamic SE, X-Dynamic HSE, X, and V8 trims. This applies to the 90, 110, and 130 models.

Most of these updates are focused on the interior, so the rugged exterior design carries over unchanged.

Land Rover is rolling out these upgrades in stages, with the UK, Europe and Australia getting them first. The Signature Interior Pack and diesel engine aren't available in-

North America, but US buyers still benefit from the streamlined lineup, grouped options, and captain's chairs for the 130.

Later this year, an even more exciting V8 off-road version called the Octa will join the Defender lineup as the new flagship. With all these updates and-

additions, the iconic Defender is more desirable than ever. It's the perfect blend of off-road prowess and on-road luxury.
